CDSARDA is a non-profit organization dedicated to:

1. Promoting interclub activities and fellowship.

2. Serving as a publicity agency for area interests .

3. Helping in the organization of new clubs.

4. Coordinating efforts for uniform beginner's classes.

5. Sponsoring an area-wide Dance Schedule Booklet annually.

6. Cooperating with neighboring associations.

7. Monitoring the ethics and dress of the square dance movement.
